1. Introduction
These Booking Terms (“Terms”) govern the process of booking rental properties through this platform. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from booking a property.
2. Booking Process
2.1. Property Selection
Users may browse available properties and select one based on their preferences.
2.2. Booking Request
To book a property, a booking request must be submitted, including the desired rental dates and any other necessary details.
2.3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the renter completes ID verification through our trusted service provider Truvi and pays the non-refundable damage waiver. Availability is not guaranteed until this process is completed.
2.4. Payments
Full payment is required to secure the reservation.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1. Cancellation by Renter
You may cancel a booking at any time. However, a full refund will only be granted if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before check-in. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
3.2. Booking Amendments
Any changes to a confirmed booking (such as dates or number of guests) are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in
Check-in details, including time and instructions, will be provided. Please confirm these in advance.
4.2. Check-out
Guests must vacate the property by the specified check-out time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
4.3. Late Check-out
Late check-out is not available.
5. Renter Responsibilities
5.1. Care of the Property
Renters must take care of the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Renters may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
5.2. Occupancy Limits
Renters must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5.3. Noise and Behavior
Renters must respect neighbors and comply with quiet hours after 10 PM. Disruptive behavior may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring inside or outside the property.
